Screw Group<\/strong><\/p>\n

Screw assemblies of Puma Screw Compressors are manufactured by a world-renowned professional Screw Assembly manufacturer. Screw Groups are the most efficient and lowest maintenance cost screw groups produced under full quality control. Screw groups used in Puma Screw Compressors are manufactured very precisely on the most advanced machines. High efficiency rotors with large clamping area and low operating costs are used in the screw groups. High quality bearings with high load carrying capacity are used.<\/p>\n

Cooling System<\/strong><\/p>\n

Combi block radiators with long service life and trouble-free operation in all conditions are used. Thanks to the specially designed radiators with large cooling area, effective cooling is provided even at high ambient temperatures.<\/p>\n

Air & Oil Seperation System<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to the specially designed Spin On Separator, it is easy to disassemble and replace by screwing method and minimizes service time. Thanks to the specially designed separator, the amount of oil in the compressed air is reduced to 1-2 ppm. Thanks to effective air-oil separation, compressed air quality increases and malfunctions in the devices used are minimized.<\/p>\n

Air Suction System<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to the professionally designed suction valve, a safe and economical air suction system is provided. Thanks to the specially designed air filter, dust etc. that can damage the screw group. Harmful substances are prevented and compressed air quality is increased. Thanks to the panel filter in the machine, pre-filtering is provided before the air suction filter.<\/p>\n

Thermostatic Valve<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to the specially designed thermostatic valve, the machine operates at optimum operating temperature, preventing condensation of water “due to low operating temperature” and ensuring long life of bearings, oil, rotors and other equipment.<\/p>\n
