Information
The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 was accepted on March 24, 2016, and published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016, coming into force. However, according to Article 32 of the Law, the provisions of Articles 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 came into force as of October 7, 2016.
The Law was enacted to protect individuals’ fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of their private lives, in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations and procedures that natural and legal persons processing personal data must follow. With this document, Petmaksan Machinery Industry and Trade Limited Company. informs and enlightens visitors, and the “Personal Data Protection and Personal Data Sharing Consent” is made available for visitors’ review and examination.

Your personal data is collected through various channels by our company for the purpose of conducting our commercial activities. The collected data is processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner According to Article 11 of the KVK Law
As a personal data owner, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed;
- To request information regarding the processing of your personal data;
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose;
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, both domestically and internationally;
- To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect, and to request that this correction be communicated to third parties;
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, and to request that this be communicated to third parties;
- To object to the analysis of your personal data solely by automated means;
- To request compensation for damages if your personal data is processed unlawfully and results in damage.
According to Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your requests regarding these rights to us in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Since the Authority has not determined any methods yet, you must submit your request in writing as per the KVK Law.
